Mikey Piff got his start in radio by accident. After spending time at large entertainment companies like Epic Records and NBC, all while attending college, he knew that entertaining people was what he wanted to do. Mike then found an opening at a local radio station in New York City and figured “why not?” At the time he was a local club DJ and quickly realized that radio combined several of his passions: music, entertainment and pop culture - he knew he was home! Over the next several years Mike cut his teeth doing whatever he could to be around the radio.

In 2006, after being singled out for his quick wit, ridiculous work ethic, as well as extensive music and pop culture knowledge, his old bosses took him with them to his current home, SiriusXM Hits1 (then Sirius Hits 1). The station is the flagship music station at SiriusXM Radio, where he works alongside a who’s-who cast of on air-personalities and programmers. A short two years later not only was Mike helping program the station, but also added late night host to his list of responsibilities, becoming the youngest person to start their radio career on a national level. He now hosts one of the the most listened to evening radio shows in North America.

When not eating, breathing and living SiriusXM Hits 1 Mike continues to fuel his passion for pop culture (and unlocking geek achievements) by consuming as much as he can about music, movies, TV, videogames and tons of tech.
